Tier Sheet
Marvatex bulk palletizing tier sheets are utilized by both plastic
and glass bottle manufacturers as well as metal can manufacturers. Tier
sheets allow bottles and cans to be shipped in bulk instead of
in cases.
The sheets typically are 44” x 56” with rounded corners
and come in a variety of thicknesses. They are laminated with
durable solid fibre designed to be reused repeatedly.
A polyethylene coating can also be applied to improve the durability
and make the sheet more dispenser friendly.
We also produce a unique lipped tier sheet. This sheet has a built
up 3/4” lip on all four sides. This prevents light bottles
from toppling off the sides of the unitized load prior to and
after stretch wrapping.
